To survive until dawn, you must navigate this terrifying maze, solve environmental puzzles, and locate hidden keys while avoiding the creature.

The game offers two distinct gameplay modes to cater to different playstyles. Normal mode provides a slightly more forgiving experience, featuring helpful map hints, fewer locked doors, and a monster that moves at a predictable pace. Horror mode, on the other hand, strips away all assistance, increases the labyrinthine complexity of the mansion, and features a faster, highly aggressive adversary. You must search drawers, wardrobes, and chests to find tools like lockpicks and batteries, all while managing your flashlight's battery life.

Survival hinges on stealth and situational awareness. Never run unless absolutely necessary, as footstep noise immediately alerts the entity to your location. Listen closely for audio cues, such as heavy breathing or dragging footsteps, which indicate the monster is nearby. If spotted, quickly hide inside closets or under beds and wait in complete silence until the danger passes. Keep your flashlight turned off when navigating well-lit areas to conserve precious battery power for the darkest rooms.
